Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy 

This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and shipping issues work for orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, and any additional terms shown on the product page or at checkout. 

1. Return Eligibility 

  • You may return eligible merchandise within 45 days of fulfillment. 

  • Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we cannot accept returns or refund requests made outside these timeframes. 

  • Items must be in original condition. 

  • Items must not be washed, worn, or altered. 

  • We may deny a return or refund if the item does not meet these requirements. 

2. Returns and Exchanges 

  • Please mail returns meeting the above guidelines to Merch Made Easy, Attn: Returns, 449 Atlas Dr., Nashville, TN 37211. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining the return. 

  • Exchanges are not currently offered. You may return an item under this policy and place a new order for the replacement item you want. 

  • Once your return is received, our team will process your refund, which will be the cost of the product(s) returned less shipping charges. Please note that, depending on your bank's policies, it may take a few business days for the refund to reach your account once it has been processed by us. 

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of a return, unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company. 

3. Refunds 

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. 

  • Refunds cover the price of the returned item(s), minus original shipping and handling charges, unless the law requires otherwise. 

  • After we process your return, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error, or applicable law requires otherwise. See Section 8 for mandatory consumer rights that may apply in certain jurisdictions. 

  • For EU withdrawal returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping if we informed you of that obligation before purchase. 

4. Final Sale and Digital Products 

  • Certain items may be marked final sale, non-returnable, or subject to additional return or exchange limits on the product page, at checkout, or in promotional terms. 

  • If those terms conflict with this policy, the product-specific terms will control. 

  • Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all digital music purchases are final and non-refundable. 

  • Other digital goods or digital content are also non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or different terms are shown on the product page or at checkout. 

  • If you have trouble accessing digital music, contact support@merchmadeeasy.com and include the store name and your order confirmation number. 

5. Bundled Products 

  • We do not accept partial returns on bundles unless the law requires otherwise. 

  • Except where applicable law requires otherwise, to receive a refund for a bundled purchase, the full bundle must be returned. 

6. Shipping Issues 

Return to Sender and International Orders 

  • If a carrier returns your order to us as Return to Sender because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unpaid customs charges, we will issue a refund after the package arrives back at our fulfillment center, minus original shipping and handling charges and any additional fees we incur, where allowed by law. 

  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges. 

  • We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or returned shipments caused by customs processing, refusal to pay customs charges, or restrictions imposed by the destination country. 

Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete, or Lost-in-Transit Orders 

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please email support@merchmadeeasy.com to message us with the store name and your order confirmation number. 

  • If damaged, please provide evidence of the damage in your message and we will provide a return label via email. Once the damaged item has arrived at our facility, we will provide a replacement provided the item is in stock. If it is not in stock, you will be refunded for the cost of the product. 

  • We do not reship and replace vinyl unless there is damage to the vinyl itself, not the vinyl sleeve. Please mail damaged vinyl to Attn: Returns, 449 Atlas Dr., Nashville, TN 37211. Please include the merchandise, order number, and a note explaining the return. 

  • If your order contains an incomplete item, please email support@merchmadeeasy.com to message us with the store name and your order confirmation number and we will ship out your missing item(s) provided the item is in stock. If it is not in stock, you will be refunded for the cost of the product. 

  • We will not be responsible for damage claims involving merchandise after the item has been washed or worn. 

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact customer support promptly. 

  • If you think your package is lost in transit, please wait to contact us until the later of: 

  • 5 business days after the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments; 

  • 14 business days after the estimated delivery date for international shipments; or 

  • 10 days after the last tracking update showing movement, unless the carrier confirms earlier that the package is lost. 

  • Requests made before these timeframes may be denied as premature. 

  • Any claim for a package alleged to be lost in transit must also be submitted within 60 days of the shipment date, after which we may be unable to provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other assistance. 

Delivered but Not Received 

  • If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the issue. 

  • We may wait up to 2 business days after the delivery scan before starting a review and may ask for more information to investigate. 

  • Packages marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement and will be reviewed based on the available information and applicable law. 

  • Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Any resolution will be based on carrier records, the details of the claim, account history, and applicable law. 

7. Product-Specific Terms and Policy Control 

  • Certain items, including preorder, presale, personalized, made-to-order, autographed, signed, limited-edition, collectible, or promotional items, may have additional return, exchange, cancellation, or refund limits shown on the product page, at checkout, or in related terms. 

  • If those terms conflict with this policy, the more specific terms will control, unless the law requires otherwise. 

8. Mandatory Consumer Rights for Certain Jurisdictions 

  • If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online or other distance contracts within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, that period generally runs from the day you, or a person you designate, receives the goods. 

  • To exercise any applicable withdrawal right, you must notify us with a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires and, unless applicable law provides otherwise, send back the goods within 14 days after giving notice of withdrawal. 

  • If you validly exercise an applicable withdrawal right, we will reimburse all payments received for the affected order, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery option, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost. 

  • Unless applicable law requires otherwise, and provided we informed you of that obligation before purchase, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you exercise the withdrawal right. We do not reimburse return shipping costs for withdrawal returns. Defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise nonconforming items are handled separately under this policy, and return shipping for those items remains our responsibility where required by law. 

  • The withdrawal right does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including where permitted for clearly personalized goods, certain made-to-order goods that fall within an applicable legal exception, or digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose the withdrawal right. 

  • Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law will control.
